Ícaro RB, Intermediario de Reaseguro, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, “Ícaro RB”), a Reinsurance Broker authorized by the National Insurance and Surety Commission (CNSF) under Registration No. 0051, with its registered office at Av. Periférico Sur 4118, Piso 8, Col. Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01900, Mexico City, Mexico, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP, for its acronym in Spanish), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, is responsible for the processing, use, and protection of your personal data.

I. Personal Data Collected

For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we collect the following personal identification and contact information through our web form:

• First and last name(s).
• Company or institution represented.
• Country and city of corporate location.
• Corporate email address.
• Contact telephone number.
• Message or inquiry submitted.

Notice: Ícaro RB does not collect or request sensitive personal information (such as ethnic origin, health status, political views, religion, or financial information) through this website.

II. Purposes of Data Processing

Primary Purposes (necessary to provide the service requested):

• To identify and authenticate the user requesting information.
• To address, process, and respond to inquiries regarding our corporate reinsurance brokerage services.
• To establish direct institutional communication.

Secondary Purposes (optional):

IV. Exercising ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you (Access), request the correction of your personal information (Rectification), request that your personal data be deleted from our records (Cancellation), or object to its use for specific purposes (Objection).

To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit a written request by email to: contacto@icarorb.com.mx.

Request Requirements:

1. The data subject’s full name and email address for receiving the response.
2. Valid official identification of the data subject (or a power of attorney if acting through a legal representative).
3. A clear and accurate description of the personal data in respect of which the ARCO Rights are to be exercised.

The response will be provided within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request.

V. Changes to the Privacy Notice

This Notice may be amended as a result of legislative updates or internal changes. Any amendments will be permanently available at: www.icarorb.com.mx/privacidad.
